Chicken Salad Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
4 c cooked chicken, white and diced (or Left Over)
4 c celery, cubes
2 c mayo. vinaigrette
2 c. French Vinaigrette
Directions:
Season the meat with the French Vinaigrette and set to chill for 1 hr.
To serve: Simply mix in the vegetables and mayo to the marinated chicken
To Garnish: Just follow the steps below
Torn lettuce
Chicken marinated with mayo and celery cubes
Watercress, washed and drained
Gherkins
Olives, stoned
Celery diced
Mayonnaise

2nd Recipe:
Now let’s go to the second Chicken Salad Sandwich Recipe
This recipe is new and with lemon.
Ingredients:
8 x 1/2 chicken breast, remove skin
4 celery , stalk, cut in 1/3
2 med. onion, white and coarsely chopped
2 lg lemon, zests and juice of
4 , eggs, boiled
2 tsps paprika
2 tsps salt to taste
5 tbsps mayo.
2 tbsps Mustard of Dijon
16 sl bread, Sourdough
Cheese slices, Muenster
Directions:
Mix the meat, 1 onion, 2 stalks and cook for 25 mins. and remove when the meat is ready to eat.
Set to cool and debone the meat. Then, you can cut the deboned chicken into dices.
Cut the left over onions, celery and the hard boiled eggs into small dices. Then, mix in with the meat. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon and the remaining ingredients except the cheese and bread
Display the mixture on one slice of bread, then the Muenster and finally top with another slice of bread.
Tips: You can have a great and tasty sandwich by simply grilling the sandwich until brown.Serve hot

8 slices of Ecce Pani bread (roasted garlic flavor)
Olive oil
Classico pesto, a teaspoon
4 Provolone cheese, slices
4 cotto salami (with peppercorns), slices
Baby beef steak tomato sliced
Spinach leaves
Directions:
Heat your panini grill. Build up your sandwich. Then, brush each sandwich slice with the olive oil. Then, display classico pesto over the slices. Display the salami, the cheese, tomato and spinach leaves.
Put on heated grill for around 5-6 minutes

Finger Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
8 tablespoon butter
1 cup water
1 cup flour
Salt
4 eggs
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
Directions:
Heat 8 tbsps butter in 1 cup of water. Mix in 1 cup of flour and mix till ball forms or pulls away from sides of pan. Remove from flame. Add 4 eggs and mix in 1 cup of shredded cheese. Drop by heaping teaspoonful on greased cooking sheet. Bake in oven 400 degrees around 1/4 hour. Divide into two parts and top with ham salad or your favorite salad.
Yields: 40 sandwiches
Beef – Pork Tenderloin Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
3-4 lb beef loin, trim & tender
1 1/3 lb pork loin, trim & tender
Mix each meat with sauce
Dressing Sauce:
1/4 c port wine,
1/4 c brandy
1/4 teasp tarragon leaf, dry
1/4 teasp whole thyme, dry
1 bay leaf
3/4 teasp salt to taste
1/4 teasp pepper to taste
1/4 teasp dry mustard
Vegetable oil
Sandwich slice
Endives
Mayonnaise , elective
Commerce bbq sauces, elective
Cooked horseradishes, elective
Mix constituents into a tiny recipient
Instructions:
Set the marinated meats to chill. Stir frequently , dry . OvenBake (450F) around 1/4 hr, the beef loin on cookie sheet , then, sprinke oil. Oven Switch off , then,keep the tender loin inside, warmed, 3/4 hr till rare.
Then, ovenbake the pork loin (325F) around 60 mins , remove when ready.

2 pound Red cabbage , shredds
1 cup vinegar, Cider
1 cup Water
4 tbsp Margarine
1 teasp Salt to taste
4 tb Sugar
Mix the first five ingredients in crockpot and heat, covered. Use a wide fork to remove when tender or after 1/4.hr. Add sugar to the cabbage and mix well. Then, drain using a colander

Ingredients:
2 cans x 20 ounce pineapple, Dole & sliced
10 rolls, Kaiser slice into 2
8 tsp Mustard, lay on roll downside , Dijon,half

4 pineapple, slices

Dagwood Italiano Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 ts Oil of olive
2 teaspoon Rosemary, newly chopped
Or 1/2 teaspoon Dry & crush
2 cloves Garlic, shredded
2 tablespoon Red wine/ soup
24 ounce deboned ,sirloin Lamb
8 French loaf, 5″ length slice
1 c Cheese, Mozarella,reduced fat, shredded
1/2 cup cheese, Parmesan
2 pepper, bell & green
2 red peper , bell
2 1/2 ts Oil of olive ,
Instructions:
Grill the pepper in heated oven (400F) for about 1/2 hr and remove when lightly burnt and dried up. Put in recipient and cover with plastic film, leave for 1/4 hr.
Take out the cover & unpeel the peppers. Then, take out the germs and seeds , then dice. Meanwhile, Mix the first five ingredients together in wide recipient and leave for marinate about 60 minutes

Grilled Tuna and Dill Havarti Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:
1 x 6 1/2 or 7 ounce can firm tuna flakes drained , white
3 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoon of diced celery
1 tablespoon of diced parsley
1 tablespoon of diced onion
1/4 tablespoon of newly pepper, ground
14 inches of Semolina bun
1 cup chopped cheese, Dill Harvati
4 tablespoon of butter /margarine, not hard
Semolina bread or crispy Italian bread baked with semolina flour,
Italian bread or sandwich.
Instructions:
Mix & blend well the first six ingredients in a sink, Slice the bun, over a pointed oblique size, into 8 slices of 1/2 ” and length 6 inch. (Keep the left over bun to be used after.)
Display 1 quart cup tuna flakes combination and 1 quart cup shredded cheese on every four slices. Display on the left over bread bit of butter (one side only) and display the buttered one over the cheese.
Either browned the bread together with butter in a huge pan, or toast the bread with butter. Put the buttered side down in elevated temperature and remove when yellow. Top little butter; use a big flat spoon to rotate and yellow toast the other part of sandwich.

Ingredients:
2 tbps mustard, Dijon
2 tbps non fat mayonnaise
1/4 teasp garlic powdered
1 California avocado, elective

4 flavored 10″ flour tortilla, wraps
1/2 lb deli turkey, smoke
8 slices cheese, provolone
1 c carrots, shreds
1 c alfalfa sprout
Instructions:
Mix the first three ingredients in a tiny bowl.If you want to use avocado, cut into halves and seed out.
Unpeel the avocado and sliced into four pieces
Cook the 1st tortilla in microwave for 1/2 minute on high temperature. Lay 1/2 combination over the tortilla. Insert two cheez wedges , 1/2 portion of meat, avocado, tomatoes, carrot & sprout.
Wrap the edges and rollit up burrito style

Cajun Chicken Sandwiches Recipe.
Ingredients:
8 half chicken breast skinless & deboned
Dash Pepper powder, chipotle
4 tbps oil of canola
8 hamburger rolls

Instructions:

Whole wheat / rye bread cut into 8 sandwiches

Ingredients:
1 qrt cup pizza sauce, prepared
8 slice Italian bun, Diagonal size of 3/4″ thickness
1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese, thin slice
1 qrt pound cooked ham, thin slice
1 egg beaten , combined with 1 tbsp water
2 teablespoon of butter
Instructions:
Put 1 tbsp sauce on every sandwich and add cheese. Then add the ham slice . Plunge and coat the sandwiches completely into the beaten egg. Put the melted butter in a large pan over an average temperature.
Cook and light brown the coated bread slice into the melted butter for 4-5 mins and till cheese melted and the two siden become golden brown. Make sure to brown the two parts of the sandwich.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Kraft Real Mayo cheese
1 qrt cup milk liquid

2 teablespoon margarine, Parkay
1 pound roasted beef, thin sliced
French bread buns, size 6 to 8 inches and split
Instructions:
Mix the first four ingredients. Cook in a saucepan over a low temperature and remove when it becomes soft. Set aside. Fry onions in melted margarine and finally mix with beef until lightly heated.
Spread the beef combination inside the buns and add the cheese mixture.

Ingredients:
1/2 kg new or freeze fish fillet (Haddock, cod, or halibut)
1 whipped egg, a little

1 chicken breast, 3 ounce size
2 ounce smooth ham, thin slice

Same Step by Step Instructions for 1 or 40 :
Smooth thinly the Ham. The 3 ounce size chicken breast deboned & marinate with bread. The Ham to put in saucepan and warmed over grill. Hot cook the boneless and display on 1/2 sandwich slice.
Then, put the shaved & thinly Ham and then the Swiss cheese.. Broil for about 4 minutes and remove when you see the melted cheese on the hamburger. Cover with the other 1/2 slice and serve hot.

Meatball sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
3 pound hamburger
2 diced onion
1 1/4 cup cracker crisps
4 eggs
2 tablespoon of celery, seeds
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 jar of sauce spaghetti
1 cup. Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Combine the crisps, the eggs, the hamburger, then, the parmesan cheese, the onion and finally the celery , the salt & the pepper, to taste. Put together into some round balls and brown in Dutch oven (450F) on a flat oven roast.
Add the spaghetti sauce and set to cook for 60 mins approx. covered. When ready, display on rolls and serve

Chicken and Pepper Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
4 deboned & tender chicken breast cut into 2 portions (1lb.)
2 Tbps of juice of lemon,water , olive oil
1 teaspoon basil, (whole & dried)
1 teaspoon dry oregano, whole
1 clove compacted garlic
Pepper to taste
Vegetable cooking spray
1/2 cup x 2 ounce partly skimmed in shreds,
cheese of Mozarella
3 tablespoon shredded green pepper & same quantity for red peper
2 tbsp sliced onion
4 wavy lettuce leaves
2 hamburger rolls, separated and whole wheat
Instructions:
Spick and span the grease surplus from the poultry. Display each of them over a sheet of polish sheet & with the help of a rolling pin or meat hammer roll out to a size of 1/4″ breadth.
Display the chicken into low recipient. Pour the mixture of juice, water, olive oil, basil, oregano and garlic over the chicken and mix well. Set aside to cool for about 2 hrs in marinade
Take out the chicken & set the sauce aside.

16 ounce package cheese, smoothed and creamed
4 tablespoon diced newly chives

2 medium wedge tomato
2 medium wedge green pepper

Ingredients:
4 Cup prepared turkey, chops
1 Cup Cheese, Kraft Cheddar, shreds
2/3 c Mayonnaise, Kraft mayo non fat
4 tbsp onions, fine chops
4 tbsp Mustard, Kraft and purely cooked
1/2 tbsp pepper to taste
16 Sandwich slice , max. 24, Claussen
8 sandwiches or
8 hamburger rolls
Instructions:
Combine the first six ingredients.Put 2 -3 pickle slice on 1/2 roll. Then, add the mixture and cover with another 1/2 roll. Display them on cookie sheet and covered with aluminum paper. Ovenbake (350F) for 1/4 hr and serve.

Greek Gyro Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients for coating:
1/3 cup oil of olive
1/2 cup newly juice of lemon
2 clove Garlic, peel off, each cut into 4
1 teasp. newly thyme, chopped
Dash of Newly grounded pepper
1 teasp. oregano, freshly chopped or
marjoram, freshly chop
2 onions; Spanish and thin ring slices
4 small lettuce , Romaine, cleaned and drain
6 long rounded Pita bread , each cut half
3 medium Ripen tomato
2 pound thin, deboned lamb, 1 inch cube (leg or shoulder)
Ingredients for Garlic Yogurt Sauce:
2 cup of natural yogurt
1 clove garlic, peel off and shredded
1 teasp oregano, freshly chopped or
1 teasp marjoram, newly chopped
1 tbsp juice of lemon , fresh
1 teasp oil of Olive
Salt
pepper
Instructions for coating:
You can Marinate the meat early before the BBQ starts or the day before.
Combine the first five ingredients into a recipient and set aside 1 qrt cup aside .
Marinate the meat in the mixture and make sure to stir well until well coated.
Use the 1 qrt cup of mixture to add to onion into tiny recipient. Then, put a plastic film over and set chilled while stirring occasionally for many hours.
While waiting, take the yogurt listed above and mix well in a recipient with cheesecloth. Seal the sides of cheesecloth with a string just like a purse.
Set to chill and put a recipient above for many hrs. Vapor will drop in the yogurt mixture and will make the yogurt become thick & consistent.
Drain and mix with the other ingredients listed in Garlic Yogurt sauce. Then cover and set to cold in refrigerator and make about 1 cup
Wrap every rounded 2 pile bread in aluminum paper, non polished surface out
For BBQ, use heated coals or gas BBQ. Take only the marinated meat out of marinade sauce and cook upon a greased grill about 4 inches far from coals or gas.
Coat the meat with the marinade sauce while turning frequently. Cook for about 10-15 mins or till brown outside and cooked inside. Then, warm the bread over BBQ
Use a laddle with slots to remove the onions out of sauce and display on a platter. Take some tomato slices and add to onions.Then, add the lettuce
Take out the chilled yogurt & many tablecloths to easy handle of gyros.
Slice the warm bread slices in 2 equal parts and split.

Ingredients:
2 ea red bell pepper
2 ea yellow, bell pepper
2 ea med. eggplant, 1/2″ slices
2 oil of olive
2 salt , fresh grounded

1 cup oregano lemon dressing
1/2 pound slices black forest ham
1 pound salami, pref. 2 varieties
2 pound mozzarella, slices
40 ea large freshly basil leaf
7 Step by Step Instructions:
1. Cook or broil the whole pepper till black.
2. Drain with kitchen towel and set to cool. Unpeel and slice into 2 and remove seeds.
3. Layer the eggplant with oil ,then brown each side on grill / cooking pan. Then, add salt, pepper to taste
3.Use a bread knife to slice the bread into 2 horizontal size , then make a hole in middle.
Take 1 qrt cup of oregano lemon and fill in hollow out of bottom slice.
4. Add the following ingredients in same order as listed: Black forest, cooked eggplant, 1st variety of salami, pepper, cheese, 2nd salami , then,finally the herbs.
5. Then take another 1/2 bread and fill remaining oregano lemon. Put over filled bottom sandwich.
6. Cover the sandwiches with plastic film.
7. Put an oven cookie sheet or tray over the sandwiches to press and seal. For more weight, use various recipients over tray and press for more than 45 minutes

2 pound grounded beef, good one
1 pound grounded pork
1 cup cornflakes, crumb
1/2 c milk, evaporate
2 eggs

4 c pizza sauce, your choice
12 mozarella cheese, slices
12 sandwich sub

Instructions:
Mix the first seven ingredients and make balls of 1 1/2″. Slice cheese into 1/2 inch dice and insert each in one ball. Bake the balls with cheese on non grease tray & cook around 18 to 20 mins. Heat pizza sauce and mix up with balls until warmed.
Remove a V shape from sandwich and set aside for crumbs.Insert 5 to six meatballs into the hole and add pizza sauce. Then add 1/2 wedge of cheese to cover the sub. Broil until sparkiling. Takes 2 to 3 mins.

Armenian Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
6 tablespoon of non fat mayonnaise
6 tablespoon Dijon mustard
4 ounce. creamed cheese, soft & Neufchatel
2 c. diced cucumber
2 c. diced tomatoes
2 c. diced lettuce
4 tablespoon salt , herbal substitute
4 lg. circle cracker buns, Armenian
Instructions:
Put the cracker in a wet kitchen soak up towel. Use a watering spray to spray water over the cracker. Stop when shiny top cracker. Put a second towel same kind over it and then mound another cracker on top. Haze this one & put 2 wet towels over it.
Take off the wet towels after 10 mins and change the towels’ layers .Return the crackers then, vapor once, Same step after 10 more minutes. Continuously, do the same thing to soften the crackers. The crackers must become flexible and easy to curve.
Mix the first three ingredients in a sink. Layer some cheese combination over the cracker’s middle. Display a chain of cucumbers then the tomato and then the lettuce over the layer and finally add the herbal salt. Revolve tightly the bread and start from the ending part closed to you, same way as you are rolling a sleep mat.
End up by closing the roll with a small amount of cream cheese. Repeat same method for the other cracker . Display the bread rolled , by putting the closure side down on the opposite then, cut into rounded slices of size 2″.
Hold with a toothpick to be safe. Cover the rolls displayed in a platter with a plastic film until serve.

1/3 cup Milk liquid Or Light Creamed

1. Whip the first three ingredients.

Mix and blend the first two ingredients in food processor. Incorporate eggs, 2 kinds of salt and continue to blen till smooth.( takes about 60 secs).

Step by Step Instructions:

Ingredients:
3 pound chuck roasted or rounded beefsteak
vegetable oil
1 c onions, chops
1/2 c celery chops
2 c beef soup OR bouillabaisse
Marinade:
1 1/2 c beef soup , reserve from roast*
1 garlic, mince clove
1 teasp salt to taste
3/4 teasp salt to taste
4 tbps browned sugar
2 tbps vinegar
1 teasp dried mustard
1/2 teasp powdered chili
3 sauce of tabasco, drops
1 bay leaf
1/4 teasp paprika to taste
1/4 teasp garlic powdered
1 teasp sauce , worcestershire
potato roll or bun
Mix all and boil
Instructions:
Cook meat in heated oil until brown. Then, Add onion & celery. Remove from heat. Mix meat with vegetable & soup or bouillabaisse and cook in a cooking pot in a Dutch Oven.
Cover the pot and boil till the meat tenders, takes about 3 to 4 hours. Set to cool.
Slice the meat into shreds and add the drained vegetables.
tTake the reserved soup and remove all grease and discard.

Ingredients for 6 sandwiches:
3/4 cup beer
1/3 cup oil, for cooking
1 teaspoon salt to taste
1 qrt teaspoon garlic, powdered

1 kg of 1″ thickness flank meat, steak
2 tablespoon of butter OR
2 tablespoon of margarine
1/2 teaspoon of paprika to taste

12 French toast bread, slices

Step by Step Instructions:
Mix the first five ingredients in a lage bowl. Place meat in the mixture, covered and set to chill all night. Then, get the meat drained. Cook both sides in broiler about 3″ far from flame about 6 minutes until juicy or lightly cooked.
Melt the butter/ margarine in a large pan then, add paprika, salt to taste.Then, incorporate the onion slices and stir until onions tenderised. Make sure to not brown the onions and set aside the mixture.

Ingredients:
1 kg – 1 1/2 kg. beef chuck, deboned steak
1 qrt cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar, brown
1 teaspoon ginger, ground
1 garlic , clove and chopped thin
4 teaspoon cornstarch to thicken sauce
8 French bread , loaf separated & individual
4 tablespoon of assembled margarine or butter
Instructions for toppings: Shred Chinese cabbage, pine apple rings, green onion diced, either plum sauce or sweet and sour sauce but this is optional
Instructions for cooking the beef chunk:
Debone the beef chunk and remove all exceeding fats from the beef chunk just by trimming.
Thinly Slice the steak or small pieces. Use a crock pot to mix and cook the soy sauce, sugar, the minced garlic and the ginger , then finally the steak.
Covered, cooked over low temperature for around 7-9 hrs or quickly cook over high temperature for 3-4 hrs.
When ready to eat, take out the steak alone by using a spoon with slots and keep the meat aside. Then, put the sauce inside jar with measure and remove the grease.
Take 1 1/2 cup of sauce and put in a pan. If the sauce is not sufficient, add water until you get 1 1/2 cup.
Incorporate, cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp of water. Heat and turn continuously till the sauce becomes thick and sparkling, then, add the steak in low temperature.
Without wasting your time on waiting for the meat to cook, spread slightly some butter or margarine over the buns.
Put the buttered buns on a cool stand of stove saucepan and grill cut side up, 4″- 5″ far from flame about 2 mins or remove when the buns are slightly brown.
Display bottom 1/2 buttered bun with the steak combination and the above topping. Finally, put the other half and serve immediately
