Reuben Delicious Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

16 wedges of pumpernickel / brown toasted bread
1 pound corned beef cut into thin slices
2 x 8 ounce tin sauerkraut, drain
4 tablespoon 1000 Island dressing
Swiss cheese cut into 4 slices

Instructions:

The first 4 pieces of toasted bread displayed in a serving dish. Place in the toasted bread firstly the corned beef, secondly the Thousand Island and then the sauerkraut, and then, finally the cheese.

Put the remaining bread over each toasted bread. Uncover while cooking for about 3 mins. Make sure that the cheese assembled inside.

Serve hot.

Fast Skillet Beef Kabob Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients for 4 servings:

1 pound neat , deboned beef top sirloin steak, 1″ thickness, 1 1/2″ cube
1 tablespoon garlic crushed
1 tsbp lemon-pepper
1 tsbp char-grill flavors
2 tablespoon butter (separated )
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 lg. of peppers (circles), green or red
2 x 6 inch pita bread , rounded & divided into 2 parts
Tomato wedge
Parsley stem

Instructions:

Mix the first four ingredients and let the meat marinated inside a tiny sink .
Leave in one side. Put the roast flavor in a wide skillet at a standard-high temperature.

Cook the meat in 1 tbsp of butter for around 6 mins, rotating one time. Take away the meat and put in a warmth tray to remain hot.

Saute the onion and pepper in the left over butter for 3 mins

Serve with the meat inside & outside the pepper

(Display: red, green then red again) in a serving dish.

German Beef Steak Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

2 bread rolls ; wide, dried and hard
1 cup Water
8 tbps Vegetable oil
2 ea Onions, med, chops
2 pound Grounded beef; thin
1 teasp Salt to taste
1/2 teasp Pepper to taste
8 ea Onions, med, slices

Instructions:

Plunge the bread into water and remove. Meanwhile, Saute the onions in 2 tbsp of heated oil till brown. Remove the onions and put into a recipient. Drain and dry the bread by squuezing and combine with onions. Then, add meat and blend.

Add salt & pepper. Make 4 patties out of the beef mixture and brown them on both sides about 4-5 mins. Keep in a warm place. Then, add onion and brown .

Display the meat steak in a serving plate and add the onions.

Ingredients:

4 tsp juice of lemon
2 sm apple, diced fine
6 ounce package of creamed cheese
2 tsp Milk
2 Teasp cooked horseradish
1/2 cup Walnut , dice
12 ea Kaiser buns, cut into 2
3 Lettuce
2 pound roasted beef, thin slices
4 Tsp onion , green & slices

Instructions:

Mix the first six ingredients. Divide and display the mixture on 12 buns. Add the remaining ingredients and cover with another slice of bread

Chicago- Italian Beef Sandwiches Recipe


Chicago- Italian Beef Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients:

2 pound beef roasted, remaining pre-roast
Roast pan drippings
2 tablespoon oregano, fine & fresh chops
OR 2 ts dry & crushed oregano
1 tablespoon basil, fresh & fine chops & sweet
OR 1 teasp dry basil, crush
1 teasp black peppercorn, whole
1/2 teasp peppers, grounded (1/2 – 1) & red
1 tablespoon parsley, mince & fresh
Salt- Dash
3 clove garlic, mince
1 pepper, freshly seeded & cut 1/4″ strips & green

5 Step by Step Instructions:

1. Cut meat into thin slices and put in Dutch oven( or return to the pan where it was cooked)

2. Covered with water

3. Boil with the other constituents about 60 minutes. Season if necessary.

4. Display meat over Italian Bread only and add green pepper which was grilled. Or you can add giardienera relish

5. Lightly Plunge the sandwich into a little gravy

German Beer-OX Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients:

24 Hoagie Buns
5 pounds thin grounded beef
2 average cabbage, head sliced
2 standard onion cut into small pieces
2 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoon compacted pepper, red
Dash of pepper
Dash of salt
5 cup shredded cheese, cheddar (elective)

Instructions:

Mix and brown the ground beef with the cabbage and all the spices. Simmer on low temperature while covered for at least 60 mins and stirring frequently. Cut the rolls into slices in length central through.

Scoop out the middle to give it a form of a cup ,then fill with beef mixed. Put on aluminum paper lined cookie sheet and top the 2 parts.

Serve: 5-6 persons
