Barbecued Pork Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients:
3 deboned pork sirloin roasted (2 1/2 – 3 pound)
2 cup Water
4 teasp Salt to taste
4 cup Ketchup
4 cup Celery — diced
2/3 cup Steak sauce
2 qrt cup Brown sugar — packed
2 qrt cup Vinegar
4 teasp juice of lemon
40-50 hamburger rolls
Instructions:
Put the meat in 8 qrt Dutch oven, incorporate water then, salt to taste. Bake, covered on average temperature for 150 minutes or remove when meat tenders. Use a fork to cut in shreds and leave to cool.
Meanwhile, remove the grease from the sauce and then put 1/2 cup of sauce aside. Soak up the sauce and mix the rest of ingredients and the sirloin.Covered and cooked for 90 minutes over an average temperature. Fill hamburger and serve.
