Crispy Fry Fish Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 kg new or freeze fish fillet (Haddock, cod, or halibut)
1 whipped egg, a little
1 cup crisp (cracker, dry loaf or corn flakes)
oil of crisco, fry
6 Rolls
6 sandwich rolls cut into 2
Tartar sauce , 1 tbsp

Instructions:

Slice the lightly defrost fillet into six cubes of 3 inch and 1/2 inch thick. Then, plunge into the egg and into crisps. Heat 1/2 inch oil in a skillet up to 350F. Sauté and brown the fish on both sides around 4-5 minutes each.

Ungreased on kitchen paper. Put 1 cheese slice on one side of bread then, the fish, then, the sauce of tartar. Seal with the second side sandwich.

Greek Gyro Sandwich Recipe


Greek Gyro Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients for coating:

1/3 cup oil of olive
1/2 cup newly juice of lemon
2 clove Garlic, peel off, each cut into 4
1 teasp. newly thyme, chopped
Dash of Newly grounded pepper
1 teasp. oregano, freshly chopped or
marjoram, freshly chop
2 onions; Spanish and thin ring slices
4 small lettuce , Romaine, cleaned and drain
6 long rounded Pita bread , each cut half
3 medium Ripen tomato
2 pound thin, deboned lamb, 1 inch cube (leg or shoulder)

Ingredients for Garlic Yogurt Sauce:

2 cup of natural yogurt
1 clove garlic, peel off and shredded
1 teasp oregano, freshly chopped or
1 teasp marjoram, newly chopped
1 tbsp juice of lemon , fresh
1 teasp oil of Olive
Salt
pepper

Instructions for coating:

You can Marinate the meat early before the BBQ starts or the day before.

Combine the first five ingredients into a recipient and set aside 1 qrt cup aside .

Marinate the meat in the mixture and make sure to stir well until well coated.

Use the 1 qrt cup of mixture to add to onion into tiny recipient. Then, put a plastic film over and set chilled while stirring occasionally for many hours.

While waiting, take the yogurt listed above and mix well in a recipient with cheesecloth. Seal the sides of cheesecloth with a string just like a purse.

Set to chill and put a recipient above for many hrs. Vapor will drop in the yogurt mixture and will make the yogurt become thick & consistent.

Drain and mix with the other ingredients listed in Garlic Yogurt sauce. Then cover and set to cold in refrigerator and make about 1 cup

Wrap every rounded 2 pile bread in aluminum paper, non polished surface out

For BBQ, use heated coals or gas BBQ. Take only the marinated meat out of marinade sauce and cook upon a greased grill about 4 inches far from coals or gas.

Coat the meat with the marinade sauce while turning frequently. Cook for about 10-15 mins or till brown outside and cooked inside. Then, warm the bread over BBQ

Use a laddle with slots to remove the onions out of sauce and display on a platter. Take some tomato slices and add to onions.Then, add the lettuce

Take out the chilled yogurt & many tablecloths to easy handle of gyros.

Slice the warm bread slices in 2 equal parts and split.

Serve with meat , platter’s displayed, and yogurt sauce

Armenian Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

6 tablespoon of non fat mayonnaise
6 tablespoon Dijon mustard
4 ounce. creamed cheese, soft & Neufchatel
2 c. diced cucumber
2 c. diced tomatoes
2 c. diced lettuce
4 tablespoon salt , herbal substitute
4 lg. circle cracker buns, Armenian

Instructions:

Put the cracker in a wet kitchen soak up towel. Use a watering spray to spray water over the cracker. Stop when shiny top cracker. Put a second towel same kind over it and then mound another cracker on top. Haze this one & put 2 wet towels over it.

Take off the wet towels after 10 mins and change the towels’ layers .Return the crackers then, vapor once, Same step after 10 more minutes. Continuously, do the same thing to soften the crackers. The crackers must become flexible and easy to curve.

Mix the first three ingredients in a sink. Layer some cheese combination over the cracker’s middle. Display a chain of cucumbers then the tomato and then the lettuce over the layer and finally add the herbal salt. Revolve tightly the bread and start from the ending part closed to you, same way as you are rolling a sleep mat.

End up by closing the roll with a small amount of cream cheese. Repeat same method for the other cracker . Display the bread rolled , by putting the closure side down on the opposite then, cut into rounded slices of size 2″.

Hold with a toothpick to be safe. Cover the rolls displayed in a platter with a plastic film until serve.

Instructions:

Tidy up the outer layer of whole white or wheat loaf.
Slice in 4 long parts and layer with soft butter
.
>First Bread Ingredients<

1 boiled egg, minced
1 x 7 ounce can diced shrimp
1 quart c. diced celery
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Pinch salt
Pinch pepper
1quart cup mayonnaise
--Combine all and layer

> Second Bread Ingredients<

3 ounce package creamed cheese
1 cup. minced pecans
1x 9 ounce can pineapple (grind & drench)
-- Combine all and layer.

> Third Bread Ingredients<

8 pieces of crispy & crushed bacon
1 cup. minced & ready to eat chicken
1 quart cup. mayonnaise
1 tablespoon minced pimiento
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
-- Combine all and layer.

Then, put one slice upon another and completely cover with combination below.

>Frosting<

2 x 8 ounce packages soft & creamed cheese
1/2 cup half & half
Food color
Paper lean parts of cucumber

Combine the cheese, half & half, food color (slight green). Decorate the surface wiith cucumber partly cover the bread extent. Freeze for about 2 or 3 hrs.

Ingredients:

Chicken breasts deboned and skin removed
Mayonnaise
Mustard of Dijon
Bread crumb, seasoned
Ham, lean wedges
Swiss cheese, slices
Toothpicks

Instructions:

Layer some mayonnaise over 1 surface of chicken and apply mustard on the bottom side. Dip completely in bread crumbs. Then, display ham over surface of chicken, then I piece of Swiss cheese. Revolve the chicken coated in a foil, firmly and cook in oven of 350F until ready.

6 lg Onion
2 Head lettuces
8 Tomato, slice
2 Lobster tails
2 Eagle talons
2 Fishes (preferably aged 2-days)
2 Pots spaghetti sauce, – Chilled & thick
2 pound Bacon (prepared)
2 Meatloaf
2 Ham
2 eggs , fry
2 sausage strings
2 Mayonnaise, jar
2 marinate savor, jar
2 Tins of oiled sardine
2 Bottles of ketch up
2 Bottles Sweetened mustard
2 mustard, hot
2 Bread loaves
Various Cheese
Vegetable Mix
Olives Assorted

Instructions:

Display them on 1 bread slice and cover with another slice

Ingredients:

Sandwich, sliced into 24 pieces , trim a bit and white

Salmon Salad Ingredients:

2x 8 ounce tin red salmon flakes, soak up , tender, remove bones
1 qrt cup pimento
1 qrt cup green pepper, shredded
1 teaspoon of diced onion
1 qrt cup of Miracle Whip
Combine the constituents

Ingredients for Spinach salad:

2x 8 ounce cream cheese, smooth
1/2 cup diced parsley
1 half cup of diced newly spinach
20 ml tablespoon milk
Hot pepper sauce, double dropped
Combine the constituents

Ingredients for egg salad:

6 boiled eggs, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced finely
1 teaspoon of diced onion
1 half cup. Miracle Whip
Salt for seasoning
Combine the ingredients

Instructions:

Lay some Miracle whip over four sandwiches . Display lettuce first, then all the salad filling on only three sandwiches, then cover with the rest of sandwich . Slice in forms of triangles and put on a platter.

1 cup sliced cheese, cheddar
1/2 cup sliced cucumber
1 tablespoon of crushed onion
1 qrt cup cream, sour
1/8 teaspoon chili paste

4 lg. non thin tomato diced

Celebration Picnic Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients :

750 gms pound bread, rounded , choose the french bread
1qrt cup. olive oil
2 whole garlic, mince
tomatoes, cut into 3 long slices
1/2 pound luncheon meat, assorted & slice
3 ounce pepperoni , slice , can use salami
125 gms cheese, assorted & slice
6 ounce artichoke, marinate & drain well, choose the hearts
2 1/4 ounce olives, drain, slice, black
2 -3 lg. dill pickles, slices in long
1 red onion, slice, mild ( white optional)
Mayonnaise, optional
2 ounce anchovy meat, deboned & drain well – optional

Step by Step Instructions:

Slice the Rounded french bread into 2 equal parts from left to right. Remove the crumbs from the bread vertically and keep the 1/2″- 3/4″ crust . Mix 1/4 cup of oil and minced garlic and layer crust.

You can add some mayonnaise whenever you like. Build up your sandwich with 1 tomato wedge, pepperoni or salami, cheese, anchovy meat (optional) ,left over tomato slice again then, above unused ingredients.

Cover with another sandwich slice and push strongly over the sandwich by pressing.

Put the coated sandwich in aluminum paper or plastic film and seal well. The sandwich can be made the day before and can be chilled. On that picnic reserved day, simply remove from the refrigerator and press down so that it becomes flat.

Remove from paper or plastic wrap ,sliced in form you like.
