Beef – Pork Tenderloin Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
3-4 lb beef loin, trim & tender
1 1/3 lb pork loin, trim & tender
Mix each meat with sauce
Dressing Sauce:
1/4 c port wine,
1/4 c brandy
1/4 teasp tarragon leaf, dry
1/4 teasp whole thyme, dry
1 bay leaf
3/4 teasp salt to taste
1/4 teasp pepper to taste
1/4 teasp dry mustard
Vegetable oil
Sandwich slice
Endives
Mayonnaise , elective
Commerce bbq sauces, elective
Cooked horseradishes, elective
Mix constituents into a tiny recipient
Instructions:
Set the marinated meats to chill. Stir frequently , dry . OvenBake (450F) around 1/4 hr, the beef loin on cookie sheet , then, sprinke oil. Oven Switch off , then,keep the tender loin inside, warmed, 3/4 hr till rare.
Then, ovenbake the pork loin (325F) around 60 mins , remove when ready.
Cut the meats , put in recipient . Put some over sandwich. Build your sandwich with endyve, then elective constituents
Choose between meats or simply insert the two kinds of loins to get various tastes

Dagwood Italiano Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 ts Oil of olive
2 teaspoon Rosemary, newly chopped
Or 1/2 teaspoon Dry & crush
2 cloves Garlic, shredded
2 tablespoon Red wine/ soup
24 ounce deboned ,sirloin Lamb
8 French loaf, 5″ length slice
1 c Cheese, Mozarella,reduced fat, shredded
1/2 cup cheese, Parmesan
2 pepper, bell & green
2 red peper , bell
2 1/2 ts Oil of olive ,
Instructions:
Grill the pepper in heated oven (400F) for about 1/2 hr and remove when lightly burnt and dried up. Put in recipient and cover with plastic film, leave for 1/4 hr.
Take out the cover & unpeel the peppers. Then, take out the germs and seeds , then dice. Meanwhile, Mix the first five ingredients together in wide recipient and leave for marinate about 60 minutes
Put 2 1/2 teaspoon of oil of olive in a deep & wide non stick pan.Incorporate the meat and cook on both sides. Remove
Either grill the lamb about 1/4 hr or cook in roaster (375F) about 1/2 hour. Make sure that the internal temperature of meat is 140F by using a thermometer.
Build your sandwich now. Put thin slices of cooked meat on 4 slices of bread , then display the peppers with alternate colours .
Add the 2 kinds of cheese and broil till cheese assembled or sparkled. Remove when the sandwich is golden brown and cover with the second slice of bread. Serve

Lisas’ Hot Italian Meatball Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pound grounded beef, good one
1 pound grounded pork
1 cup cornflakes, crumb
1/2 c milk, evaporate
2 eggs
4 tbsp dry onion flake
2 x 8 ounce Mozarella cheese, block
2 teasp italian vinaigrette
4 c pizza sauce, your choice
12 mozarella cheese, slices
12 sandwich sub
2 x 8 ounce Mozarella cheese, block
Instructions:
Mix the first seven ingredients and make balls of 1 1/2″. Slice cheese into 1/2 inch dice and insert each in one ball. Bake the balls with cheese on non grease tray & cook around 18 to 20 mins. Heat pizza sauce and mix up with balls until warmed.
Remove a V shape from sandwich and set aside for crumbs.Insert 5 to six meatballs into the hole and add pizza sauce. Then add 1/2 wedge of cheese to cover the sub. Broil until sparkiling. Takes 2 to 3 mins.

Ingredients:
Newly brown bread, 8 slices, Rye
4 tablespoon butter
Small Iceberg / lettuce
1 cup Thousand Island dressing
2 x 3 ounce packages ham, water slice & ready to eat
2 x 3 ounce package smoked turkey, water slice
8 ounce Swiss cheese (julienne Sticks)
4 solid boiled eggs
16 olives, uneven & black
16 tomatoes, red cherry
8 sweetend gherkins
12 bacon cooked & crisped slices
Toasted brown bread, 8 slices and buttered, Rye
Instructions:
1. Put butter on the fresh bread and display each of them on a serving plate.
2. Display the lettuce on all the fresh bread.
3. Extend over the lettuce the 4 tbps of Thousand Island
4. Split in 4 parts each the ham & the turkey and display over the bread. Decorate with cheese.
5. Put 1/2 egg, two olives on all sandwich
6. Put also two tomatoes and one gherkin both sliced in 2 equal pieces
7. Add bacon and additional flavor or you may leave the dressing in a tiny bowl.

The Mikado style Pork Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 kgs. roasted pork, ready to eat and deboned
1/2 cup apple sauce
5 tablespoon honey
5 tablespoon of mustard, ready to use
2 eggs, whipped
1 tablespoon of soja sauce
1/4 tablespoon of crushed garlic
1/4 tablespoon of meat flavor
1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon of pepper to taste
3/4 cup of bread, crumbs
1 qrt cup of sesame seed
1/2 teaspoon of salt, seasonning
Oil
6 x 2 English muffins, separated and toasted
Butter
Lettuce leaves
Instructions:
If you don’t have a roasted single pork tenderloin , separate the slices of size 12 x 2 ounce and in the contrary , separate slices size 24 x 1 ounce.
Mix and set to chill the apple sauce, mustard and honey. Mix together the whipped eggs, soja sauce, minced garlic, meat flavor and finally the pepper and salt to taste..
Mix the crumbs together with the seed ,then finally the salt to taste. Plunge the meat into the egg combination, then into the crumb combination.
Grill the two sides of meat in cooking oil until brown. Spread some butter on the muffins and display a lettuce leaf on 1/2 muffin.
Then, spread the grilled meat then 1 tablespoon of apple sauce combination to the rest of muffin
Tips: You can serve the muffin separated or simply covered with the next part muffin.

Ingredients:
2 bars butter
2 qrt cup of mustard
2 qrt c. diced onion
2pound top smooth deli ham
2 pound Mozzarella cheese ,slices
Use 6 pans of finger rings
Directions:
Heat the mustard and then the diced onion in butter. Separate the 6 pans , then glance each side with the onion & mustard mix. Spread over the 6 prepared recipients finger rolls the cheese, then,the ham.
Cover the 6 recipients of finger rolls with aluminum foil paper. Cook in a Preheat oven (350 degrees) and remove as soon as the cheese assembled. Slice the sandwiches

Barbecued Pork Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients:
3 deboned pork sirloin roasted (2 1/2 – 3 pound)
2 cup Water
4 teasp Salt to taste
4 cup Ketchup
4 cup Celery — diced
2/3 cup Steak sauce
2 qrt cup Brown sugar — packed
2 qrt cup Vinegar
4 teasp juice of lemon
40-50 hamburger rolls
Instructions:
Put the meat in 8 qrt Dutch oven, incorporate water then, salt to taste. Bake, covered on average temperature for 150 minutes or remove when meat tenders. Use a fork to cut in shreds and leave to cool.
Meanwhile, remove the grease from the sauce and then put 1/2 cup of sauce aside. Soak up the sauce and mix the rest of ingredients and the sirloin.Covered and cooked for 90 minutes over an average temperature. Fill hamburger and serve.

Ingredients:
Salami, firm and cut into 8 wedges
Mortadella or bologna, cut into 4 slice
Hot Sausage OR Ham , 4 wedges

French / Italian loaf, slice into 1/2 lengthwise

Marinate zucchini in vinaigrette. Take the bread and remove the crusts . Then mix butter/magarine, oregano, basil, then lay on the sandwich without crisp.
Add lettuce leaves, then 1 diagonal mozarella, finally the onion. Rotate double slice of hot sausage or ham over the onion, partly extending beyond .
Then, display the pepper ring and tomato wedges on the ham or sausage.
Drain marinated zucchini and display on tomato weges, then the olive slices.Finally, put another slice of sandwich which was brushed with butter and cut into 2 pieces. Taste very good.

Heat the grill over average temperature. Crisp the bacon into a big skillet and let drained on kitchen paper. With a tbsp of oil, tenderize onion around 1-2 mins and then heat the beans & chilies
Add and blend peanut butter at not high temperature until soft. . Layer the toasted bread with ½ c. of the combination then, add 2 slice bacon & two tablespoon of cheese.Put to grill for around two mins or wait for the cheese to dissolve. Serve
