Grilled Cheez – Chipotle Sandwich Recipe
Serve: 4
Ingredients:
10 ounce Cheez, shreds or thin slices
2 Ripen tomato , slices
Red onion, thin slices
Cilantro leaves, chop coarse
Smooth butter
8 slice sandwich or
8 slice of brown bread
4 teasp Puree chipotle chiles
Instructions:
Lay on the sandwich a little coat of chipotle or coat more for a hot sandwich.
Add the first four ingredients and cover with a buttered sandwich slice. Butter the bottom side of sandwich and brown both sides in a wide skillet.
A covered pan will make the cheese melted and the sandwich crispy and yellow.

Champion Cheese Steak Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubes
1/2 cup Kraft Real Mayo cheese
1 qrt cup milk liquid
1 teaspoon mustard, dried
1 medium onion, cut into slices
2 teablespoon margarine, Parkay
1 pound roasted beef, thin sliced
French bread buns, size 6 to 8 inches and split
Instructions:
Mix the first four ingredients. Cook in a saucepan over a low temperature and remove when it becomes soft. Set aside. Fry onions in melted margarine and finally mix with beef until lightly heated.
Spread the beef combination inside the buns and add the cheese mixture.

Charlie’s Wrap Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbps Oil of olive, Extra Virgin
Saute Peppers
1 Lettuce of Arugula Or
another type of salad
1 Tbps Tomato, dry & dice
2 TbpsCheese, Goat
1 tbpsVinegar, Sherry
1/2 pepper of orange
1/2 pepper, yellow red
2 red pepper, large & sweeten
1 Tbps Oil of olive, Extra Virgin
6 Step by Step Instructions:
1. All peppers : remove seeds, cored & diced.
2. Saute the last four ingredients in warm recipient until softened.
3. When ready, take out the recipient from flame, then add 1/2 tbps Sherry to mixture.
4. Sprinkle cheez on tortilla or wrap, then, tomato and sauteed pepper in middle
5. Top with the remaining ingredients. Put the salad in middle.
6. Cover with another tortilla and Fold . Then, turn the fold up sideways,then roll starting from sides closed to you. Enfold in aluminum paper . Serve

French Toast Cheddar Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Eggs, big one
1/3 cup Milk liquid Or Light Creamed
1/2 teasp Salt to taste
8 sandwich, slices
1 Mustard, cooked
4 ea Cheese; Thickly sliced, Cheddar
3 tablespoon Butter
5 Step by Step Instructions:
1. Whip the first three ingredients.
2. Lay cooked mustard over 4 sandwhich slices, then, the cheese.
3. Apply some butter on left over sandwich slices and cover the bottom slice sandwich
4. EITHER Heat butter into large skillet / grindle. Plunge the bread deeply in egg mixed and browned in melted butter. Make sure to remove surplus of mixture from the sandwich just after plunging into eggs and before putting in skillet.
Cook three or more altogether , depending on grindle. Melt additional butter if needed
5. OR simply dip sandwiches into eggs mixture and ovenbake (450F) in greased cookie sheet about 9-10 mins.
Serve immediately

Ingredients:
2 tbsp mustard, whole grain
4 ounce beer
3 slice onion, ring whole
1 Tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 slice bread, rye / brown thick crispy bread
6 ounce pastrami, slices
Instructions:
Mix onion rings with a dash of salt & pepper and add oil.
Preheat grill. Meanwhile , boil the first two ingredients in a tiny pan. Then, incorporate the last ingredient and boil for three mins.
Put the seasoned onion rings in preheated grill and then put the toasted bread slice in coolest place of grill. As soon as all are ready to eat ,build your sandwich

Ingredients:
9″ sandwich slice or
9″ wheat italian sub
3 oz capocollo
3 oz genoa salami , slices
3 oz provolone cheez, slices
lettuce in shreds
tomato slices
hot pepper (optional)
italian vinaigrette
Instructions:
Cut the sandwich into 2 long slices.Display the ingredients in one slice and cover with another slice.

Double-Decker Cheese Melted Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cup cheese, cheddar shreds
1/2 cup butter / margarine, soft
2 eggs
1 teasp garlic salt to taste
1 teasp onion salt to taste
12 sandwich slice
paprika to taste, if desired
Instructions:
Mix and blend the first two ingredients in food processor. Incorporate eggs, 2 kinds of salt and continue to blen till smooth.( takes about 60 secs).
Then, take 2 tablespoon of mixture and layer 1 sandwich slice. Add cheddar & cover with another sandwich slice. Slice into 2 diagonal size and bake on a non grease cookie sheet. (400F) . Remove after 1/4 hr or when brown or sparkling.
Serve: 12
** Double-Decker Cheese Melted Sandwich Recipe
Croque Monsieur Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
Swiss Cheese ,1 cup or 4 ounce , grated
1 qrt cup cream, light
8 bread, slice
Ham, slice into 8 and boiled
Eggs, light beat 2
1 qrt cup milk
Salt to taste, 1/2 tbsp
Cheese sauce (see instructions below)
Instructions:
Mix cheese together with light cream until paste and brush the sandwich then, display the ham . Seal with another sandwich slice. Plunge the two sides of sandwich in a mixture of beaten eggs together with 1/4 c of milk and 1/2 tbsp of salt.
Then brown the sandwich (the 2 sides) on a slightly buttered saucepan until the cheese assembled. Either serve with the cheese sauce (instructions below) or alone.
Makes: 4.
* Ingredients for the Cheese Sauce
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon mustard, dried
Milk, 1 cup
1 cup or 4 ounce cheese, cheddar grated
Tomatoes, red and cherry – if desired
Green pepper – if desired
Instructions:
Heat a pan and add butter till melted. Then, add flour and dried mustard and take out from flame and add milk. Set to simmer and continue to turn with a spoon for 60 seconds.
Then remove again from flame and add the cheese while stirring continuously until cheese assembled.
If desired, finish with tomato slice or if you like the pepper so that the sandwich becomes more tasty and colourful
