Ingredients:
8 tb reduced calorie yogurt, plain
16 slice Rye Bread
16 ounce Turkey breast , thin slices, cooked
2 2/3 cup Sweet & Sour Red Cabbage, drain see instructions
Instructions:
Apply 1 tsp yogurt over 8 breads.Share equally the meat over the yogurt and add the cabbage. Cover with the left over rye and serve.
SWEET & SOUR RED CABBAGE Recipe
2 pound Red cabbage , shredds
1 cup vinegar, Cider
1 cup Water
4 tbsp Margarine
1 teasp Salt to taste
4 tb Sugar
Mix the first five ingredients in crockpot and heat, covered. Use a wide fork to remove when tender or after 1/4.hr. Add sugar to the cabbage and mix well. Then, drain using a colander

Ingredients:
2 tbps mustard, Dijon
2 tbps non fat mayonnaise
1/4 teasp garlic powdered
1 California avocado, elective
2 med tomato, sliced
4 flavored 10″ flour tortilla, wraps
1/2 lb deli turkey, smoke
8 slices cheese, provolone
1 c carrots, shreds
1 c alfalfa sprout
Instructions:
Mix the first three ingredients in a tiny bowl.If you want to use avocado, cut into halves and seed out.
Unpeel the avocado and sliced into four pieces
Cook the 1st tortilla in microwave for 1/2 minute on high temperature. Lay 1/2 combination over the tortilla. Insert two cheez wedges , 1/2 portion of meat, avocado, tomatoes, carrot & sprout.
Wrap the edges and rollit up burrito style
Proceed same with the other sandwich.

Turkey Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
Whole wheat / rye bread cut into 8 sandwiches
Non Fat vinaigrette
1 standard onion, leanly cut , red or white
4 ounce of newly mushrooms, cut into slices
Lettuce
12 ounce smoothed turkey cut into slices
Instructions:
Put a little of vinaigrette over the sandwich. Heat 1 tsp oil to Stir fry the onion & mushrooms till soften. Put the turkey then, the onion combination, then, lettuce on the top of each bread slice.
You can have one surface turkey sandwich by simply add Mozarella Cheese topped . Toast & brown , remove when cheese is melted

Ingredients:
1 cup turkey sliced into 1/2″cubes, ready to eat, trim, and deboned , size 1/2″
1/2 cup celery, cleaned, cubes
1 sm. apple, clean,red, diced
2 tablespoon skinned walnuts, cubes
1 tablespoon of non fat mayonnaise / vinaigrette
1 tablespoon of reduced calorie yogurt
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of cinnamon to taste
4 lettuce, leaf
8 slim raisin bread, slice
Instructions:
Mix the first eight ingredients and cover in standard recipient. To merge the flavors, set to chill for a minimum of 60 minutes or may be all night.
Display on each sandwich, 1 lettuce leaf ,then 3 qrt cup of the chilled combination. Cover with the other sandwich

Ingredients:
16 ounce package cheese, smoothed and creamed
4 tablespoon diced newly chives
8 separated French bread rolls (cut into ½)
2 lettuce
16 wedges of prepared turkey
2 medium wedge tomato
2 medium wedge green pepper
8 wedges Swiss cheese
Instructions:
Mix the cheese with the chives and layer one one half bun.
If you want a sandwich style, then display lettuce, turkey (2 for one sandwich) , then the tomato, then the pepper and finally the cheese (1 slice per sandwich)

4 Cup prepared turkey, chops
1 Cup Cheese, Kraft Cheddar, shreds

1/2 tbsp pepper to taste
16 Sandwich slice , max. 24, Claussen

8 hamburger rolls
Instructions:
Combine the first six ingredients.Put 2 -3 pickle slice on 1/2 roll. Then, add the mixture and cover with another 1/2 roll. Display them on cookie sheet and covered with aluminum paper. Ovenbake (350F) for 1/4 hr and serve.

2 c lettuce, fine shreds
2 cup tomatoes, fine dice
6 scallions, fine dice
1 c green pepper, fine shreds

4 English muffins, halve
16 oz roasted turkey, slices
8 oz cheese, Montery jack , slices
Instructions:
Mix the first four ingredients. Add vinaigrette and stir well. Display 2 oz roast & 1 oz Montery Jack on 1/2 muffin. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes and add 1 qrt of lettuce on each 1/2 sandwich. Serve warm

Ingredients:
Four pieces of prepared ham
4 pieces of turkey breast, ready to eat
4 pieces Swiss cheese
4 whipped eggs
1/2 cup milk
2.5 ml salt
Wheat bread, whole, dried 8 parts
Directions:
Display one piece of the first three ingredients over every first four parts of dry bun. Put the other 4 parts of buns over the first ones. Whip the eggs together with the milk & salt.
EITHER Plunge the both sides of the sandwich one by one, cautiously into the egg combination. Heat oil in a pan then, brown the sandwiches exactly as French bread until the cheese is dissolved and the turkey heated.
OR toast the both sides in a heated oven (375 degrees) on cookie sheet and Serve

1 bread,slice & rye
1 cooked ham, slice

Ingredients:
1/2 cup thickly diced olives, ready to eat
1/2 teaspoon of chili, powdered

1 avocado, peel off , seeded , ripened & cut into slices
3 qrt cup diced cheese, cheddar

Instructions:
Make an olive combination by mixing the first four ingredients in a standard sink and remove 2 tbsp to set aside.
Add the next three ingredients , then lay some of the mixture over each 1/2 of sandwich.
Display on the sandwich, tomato and turkey.
Then, add the rest of mayonnaise combination before adding the peeled avocado and chese.Finally ovenbake (350F) the filled sandwiches displayed on oven trays. Cook for about 1/4 hour .
Remove when it’s cooked inside and display the the olive combination.
Display the tasty sandwiches on lettuce leaves and serve together with salsa.

Ingredients:
2 standard avocado, crushed
2 tablespoon of juice of lemon
2 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon salt

14 ounce pieces of cheese,Monterey Jack
4 standard tomatoes, cut

Instructions:
Cut the buns into 4 equal parts in long and diagonal. And roast them in a toaster stove until browned. Be careful not to overbrown. Same step for the remaining buns.
Mix the first six ingredients to result in a Puree and put 25%PRCTG% on the toast outside. Coat every toast with 4 ounce of turkey, cheese, tomato and onion and chilies.
Display & brown the four sandwiches in toaster stove roast. You can also wait for the cheese to sparkle. Same step for the rest of sandwiches. Finally, put olive before dish up
