Champion Cheese Steak Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubes
1/2 cup Kraft Real Mayo cheese
1 qrt cup milk liquid
1 teaspoon mustard, dried
1 medium onion, cut into slices
2 teablespoon margarine, Parkay
1 pound roasted beef, thin sliced
French bread buns, size 6 to 8 inches and split
Instructions:
Mix the first four ingredients. Cook in a saucepan over a low temperature and remove when it becomes soft. Set aside. Fry onions in melted margarine and finally mix with beef until lightly heated.
Spread the beef combination inside the buns and add the cheese mixture.
