Chicken and Pepper Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
4 deboned & tender chicken breast cut into 2 portions (1lb.)
2 Tbps of juice of lemon,water , olive oil
1 teaspoon basil, (whole & dried)
1 teaspoon dry oregano, whole
1 clove compacted garlic
Pepper to taste
Vegetable cooking spray
1/2 cup x 2 ounce partly skimmed in shreds,
cheese of Mozarella
3 tablespoon shredded green pepper & same quantity for red peper
2 tbsp sliced onion
4 wavy lettuce leaves
2 hamburger rolls, separated and whole wheat
Instructions:
Spick and span the grease surplus from the poultry. Display each of them over a sheet of polish sheet & with the help of a rolling pin or meat hammer roll out to a size of 1/4″ breadth.
Display the chicken into low recipient. Pour the mixture of juice, water, olive oil, basil, oregano and garlic over the chicken and mix well. Set aside to cool for about 2 hrs in marinade
Take out the chicken & set the sauce aside.
Spray Vegetable spray on the grill & display the breast on the 6″ coal grill over high temperature. Return once the chicken and layer the marinade sauce on each side each 5 mins.
Once grilled, take out the chicken, and spread some cheese on them. Let the chicken remaining warm. Spay Vegetable cooking over a standard skillet and heat it over low a low temperature.
Then, deep fry the two colored pepper and finally tenterize the onion or around two mins.
Once tender, take out the peppers. Display the lettuce on 4 rolls (1/2) and cover with the chicken . Add some pepper combination and Serve
