Crispy Fry Fish Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 kg new or freeze fish fillet (Haddock, cod, or halibut)
1 whipped egg, a little
1 cup crisp (cracker, dry loaf or corn flakes)
oil of crisco, fry
6 Rolls
6 sandwich rolls cut into 2
Tartar sauce , 1 tbsp
Instructions:
Slice the lightly defrost fillet into six cubes of 3 inch and 1/2 inch thick. Then, plunge into the egg and into crisps. Heat 1/2 inch oil in a skillet up to 350F. Sauté and brown the fish on both sides around 4-5 minutes each.
Ungreased on kitchen paper. Put 1 cheese slice on one side of bread then, the fish, then, the sauce of tartar. Seal with the second side sandwich.
