Dagwood Italiano Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 ts Oil of olive
2 teaspoon Rosemary, newly chopped
Or 1/2 teaspoon Dry & crush
2 cloves Garlic, shredded
2 tablespoon Red wine/ soup
24 ounce deboned ,sirloin Lamb
8 French loaf, 5″ length slice
1 c Cheese, Mozarella,reduced fat, shredded
1/2 cup cheese, Parmesan
2 pepper, bell & green
2 red peper , bell
2 1/2 ts Oil of olive ,
Instructions:
Grill the pepper in heated oven (400F) for about 1/2 hr and remove when lightly burnt and dried up. Put in recipient and cover with plastic film, leave for 1/4 hr.
Take out the cover & unpeel the peppers. Then, take out the germs and seeds , then dice. Meanwhile, Mix the first five ingredients together in wide recipient and leave for marinate about 60 minutes
Put 2 1/2 teaspoon of oil of olive in a deep & wide non stick pan.Incorporate the meat and cook on both sides. Remove
Either grill the lamb about 1/4 hr or cook in roaster (375F) about 1/2 hour. Make sure that the internal temperature of meat is 140F by using a thermometer.
Build your sandwich now. Put thin slices of cooked meat on 4 slices of bread , then display the peppers with alternate colours .
Add the 2 kinds of cheese and broil till cheese assembled or sparkled. Remove when the sandwich is golden brown and cover with the second slice of bread. Serve
