Dijon Cheese Steak Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound of Velveeta cheese, diced
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoon mustard of Dijon
1/2 cup. green onion shredded
4 tablespoon of butter margarine
2 pound of lean baked beef portions
12 (8″) French buns, separated
Instructions:
Mix the first three ingredients in a pan at a low temperature until soft. Deep fry the onions in butter then, slowly incorporate beef till cooked. Spread the beef combination over the buns and serve with paste.
