Finger Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
8 tablespoon butter
1 cup water
1 cup flour
Salt
4 eggs
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
Directions:
Heat 8 tbsps butter in 1 cup of water. Mix in 1 cup of flour and mix till ball forms or pulls away from sides of pan. Remove from flame. Add 4 eggs and mix in 1 cup of shredded cheese. Drop by heaping teaspoonful on greased cooking sheet. Bake in oven 400 degrees around 1/4 hour. Divide into two parts and top with ham salad or your favorite salad.
Yields: 40 sandwiches
