German Beef Steak Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
2 bread rolls ; wide, dried and hard
1 cup Water
8 tbps Vegetable oil
2 ea Onions, med, chops
2 pound Grounded beef; thin
1 teasp Salt to taste
1/2 teasp Pepper to taste
8 ea Onions, med, slices
Instructions:
Plunge the bread into water and remove. Meanwhile, Saute the onions in 2 tbsp of heated oil till brown. Remove the onions and put into a recipient. Drain and dry the bread by squuezing and combine with onions. Then, add meat and blend.
Add salt & pepper. Make 4 patties out of the beef mixture and brown them on both sides about 4-5 mins. Keep in a warm place. Then, add onion and brown .
Display the meat steak in a serving plate and add the onions.
