Grilled Portabello Mushroom Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients for Marinate sauce:
4 tbps vinegar, wine of rice
4 tbps juice of lemon
4 tbps oil of olive
2 garlic, grated clove
4 teasp dry oregano
2 dash kosher salt to taste
2 dash sugar
2 dash black pepper , grounded & fresh
Mix all.
Ingredients for filling:
4 lg mushrooms, portabello
2 lg garlic, cloves
4 tbps mayonnaise
4 teasp thyme, freshly chopped
2 red bell pepper, roast
4 teasp balsamic vinegar
4 onion rings, splitted & grill
4 teasp vinegar of Balsamic
4 onions rings , separated and grill
4 cheese, Montery Jack , thick slice
Instructions:
Mix mushroom into marinade sauce and set aside for about 2 hrs. Put minced garlic and herbs into the mayonnaise. Grill or broil the mushrooms until smooth for 5 mins , then add pepper, vinegar & shallots.
Toast or grill the onion rings. Lay some mayonnaise on 1/2 roll and display the mushroom over onions. Then, add pepper, Montery Jack, and finally close with another 1/2 roll.
Slice the sandwich into 2 equal parts.
