Snappy Ham Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

6 ounce package cream cheese
1/2 cup of diced onion
1/2 cup of diced olives, bits and pieces
8 lean tomato, shredded
Mayonnaise
4 tins x 2 1/4 ounce deviled ham
4 lg. England muffins, sliced into two equal parts

Instructions:

In a broiler, toast the muffins. Add first three ingredients and spread on one half of toasted muffins
Then, display ham, then, tomato on each muffin and then lay some mayonnaise.
Heat the coated muffin under broiler.

Makes : 8 sandwiches
